It really depends on the owner of the McDonald's. Although it is a chain restaurant, there are different rules. The local McDonald's does not allow piercings (other than one stud per ear) or any visible tattoos. It would be best to wait for your interview when you go over the appearance policy. This will tell you if you are allowed piercings or not.

Depends on who's managing the store, to a large degree, and how big a city you live in. I'm in a city of two million people, and the two Mc Donalds close to me both have people with visible tattoos working there. In the big city, there is not nearly the stigma about tattoos, as you'll find in small towns. (You know, where everybody gawks up at two-story buildings) He he! But seriously, the larger a city you live in, the less 'tattoo bigots' you'll find. Piercings, sadly enough, have less overall acceptance. Take care.

i artwork at mcdonalds and u would desire to have minimum rings. so which you have pierced ears yet they do prefer u to conceal the piercings on ur face so perhaps placed a small band help on your eyebrow
