Can I get a lip piercing when I'm 15?

I am planning on getting snake bites. I'm 15, and I have parental permission. But I am still confused if I am able to. But I heard if you have parent permission then you are able to get it? I just wanna know if its like..true :)

I think pretty much anywhere you can get it pierced if your parent(s) are with you as you are getting it pierced, and have proof that they are your guardian. I know several people a year and two years younger than you and they have their lip pierced. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to with parent permission. Good luck girly!!

Depends on your state laws but a lot of piercing parlors will put the rule aside if you about 15, and have your parents with you.

Yeah my friend josh is 15 and he has snake bites and he got them done so you can get it done.
