How old do you have to be to get a tattoo in the state of Wisconsin.?

A couple years ago you had to be like 16 with parents, 18 without and I guess stuff has changed. I need to know how old you have to be and what you have to have to show proof of age if you don't have your license. I have a suspended license, so I don't have one for two more years.

It appears you have to be a legal adult now.

You have to be 18, period. No one under 18 can get a tattoo, even with parental permission. You can obtain a photo ID if your license is suspended.
