How much would this tat cost and is it a good design?

I really like lightning bolt tattoos. I have the outline of one on my hip and i want to get another. I was thinking about getting this one on my left shoulder blade on my back. I was thinking maybe 2-3 inches wide. How much do you think this one would cost?

Outline would cost about 65-80$. Counting shading I'd expect 100-120$.

i like the one on the 3rd page that is pink... im more of a simple tat kinda person
