Yesterday i went to a tattoo store to get my foot tattoo retouched, i just got it 3 weeks ago with a different artist and the lines of the tattoo were already disappearing.. it was a mess. (The retouch hurts like hell, by the way). Anyway for my tattoo after care my new artist recommended me wash it 2 times a day with antibacterial soap then put some aquaphore on and cover it with plastic bandage for the first 3 days. But just before i left he gave me a bunch of dry-lock pads (like 5) for my tattoo he said, what should i do with them, cover my tattoo with those pads and then put the plastic on?

Exactly. You put the dry-lock pad on your new tattoo and then put the plastic over the top of it.
