i've had it for 6 months now and have never taken it off before. now that i want to, i don't know how. i don't know which ball to turn or in what direction. i've twisted them both in both directions but i think i might be tightening it, if anything haha. i don't really have to take it off but since i haven't before it's just something that's bugged me and it might suck if i have to take it out for work when i don't know how (since i can't tuck this one in on account of it's thickness).

twist it to the left.

first time I tried to unscrew mine, I had to try both balls to figure out which one would let go easier.

using latex gloves will help you have better grip, so try doing it with those.

if you're still having trouble, you can always go to the place you got it pierced and have them help you.

righty tighty, lefty loosy.

maybe you could find a smaller hoop in the same guage. thats what i had to do in order to flip it up.

Just go back to your piercer, they can help.
