I wouldn't say it's normal, but it's probably either a bruise, an infection, or color bleeding out. The bruise would be ideal because that, of course will go away. The other two are more of a problem. I would stop by the shop you got tattooed at and show it to them if you're concerned. They will be able to evaluate better than anyone on the internet! Good luck!

I thought tattoos where only suppose to have red while healing? My sister got a teal blue heart on her wrist and it didn't turn yellow

that means that it's infected. it's all good though. my first tattoo did the same thing. just don't put any peroxide on it. it will cause the tattoo to scar up. just put neilsporn on it. it will go away.

could be discoloration from the tattoo, like bruising
