Cherub tattoos?

Question

Ever since high school (10 year reunion in 2012 so it's been a while) I have wanted a tattoo. What I really want I am not sure can be done, at least not whre I live in Abq, NM. I have always wanted the two cherubs from michelangelos painting, and I want it on the small of my back.

However, I am not sure that I want a "tramp stamp" and am re-considering the position of the tattoo. I think a cherub on my back shoulder would be ok, but then I can't use michelangelo's painting. Does anyone have any cherub pictures they like? I really want a cherub because they are importaint to me and I am a religious studies major.

What do you think would look good? I won't be getting it for about another year, so there is plenty of time to decide, but I would like any ideas anyone would have.

Get it where YOU want. Try to ignore the "tramp stamp" thing. That makes me so mad. I love (tasteful) tattoos there. I think they are flattering. I would just stick with your original idea. I think it's great.

I would get the michelangelo cherubs. They are classic and not a fad tattoo that will be out of fashion in a few years. Also they're tasteful unlike a lot of tattoos now days. And you won't see them on every other person like butterflies and roses. Maybe get it between your shoulders on your upper back, So then you have it on your back but it really isn't a "tramp stamp" Hope this helped

Get it on your lower back. Screw the stupid "tramp stamp" thing. I don't even know why its called that, it dosent even look trampy. I think it would look best on your lower back.
