Yes you can. But if it's straight from the internet and not from yourself then there a smaller chance of not being able to get this tattooed unless you are willing to change something about and let the artist input their own style.
Why? This image can be copyrighted and the artist could be fined etc for using an image thats not their own.

You can show them a picture, but it just raises the question of whether the work is copyrighted and whether you have the power to grant permission for the tattooist to create a copy or derivative work from it.

You can, but they will legally have to change it up a bit.
This is because it is copyright infringement to copy someone else's tattoo.
So if you want the exact tattoo, you will have to find it somewhere else, or find an artist who doesn't care.

I felt like they wouldn’t tattoo another artists work so what I did is I got some tracing paper and I traced the tattoo design straight off of my computer and I transferred it to sketch paper and showed them the drawing of what I wanted just to be safe and my tattoo came out beautiful (:
