question about tragus piercing... please help!?

i have had my tragus pierced for about 2 and a 1/2 years and I've had problems with it on and off.

about three weeks ago my sister hit my ear by accident causing it to bleed and go red. ever since, it's swollen and a little green/yellow pus comes out whenever i wipe it clean at the end of the day.

i've been cleaning it with cotton tips and contact lenses saline solution. pus only comes out once a day, and it's still swollen.

should i take it out?? I heard brain infections can occur. I also heard taking out jewellery while there's an infection may cause an abcess to form if the skin starts healing and closing up. WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Go get tea tree oil and use it twice a day for 2 weeks. Tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic and also heals piercings if they get a bump.
