Nipple piercing! How much does it hurt? In comparison to..?

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to handle it - the pain isn't too bad - although it was worse than the piercings you have.

I've had my nipples done twice each, although the second (vertical) ones are now retired because the piercer sucked and got them crooked. In my experience, the second was worse than the first but it wasn't too horrible.



Expect them to be sore for a few weeks after - especially when you're expecting to be on your period - I found that always wearing a bra helped a lot. I'm very small chested, but if I didn't sleep with a bra on I woke up with sore nipples.

Nipple piercings take about a year to heal - give or take a month or so. Mine don't help or hurt the sensitivity at all.



Be sure to eat a good meal before getting pierced, and get a full nights sleep or you may pass out.. but that's a given for any piercing.

i got my nipples pierced a few months ago and i was scared shitless. but i went to a piercing place that had alot of experience. the piercer told me to take my top off, he cleaned and clamped my nipple, and just pierced them. it didnt hurt at all. i sware to god it was the least painful piercing i have had in my life. i have 20 piercings including industrial, inverse navel, nose, conch, tragus, rook and microdermals. i have also had 3 hours of tattoo work done. get it done you wont regret it!!!! i love mine!!! its kinda cool because after you have it done, you can detect the sligthest temperature change. just go to a good piercing shop and make sure everything is sterile.

I have had my nipples pierced twice and in my opinion the nipple piercing doesn't hurt to much worse than any other piercing does. In my experience, the worse part was the actual piercing after wards was not bad at all. I didn't swell or anything. The after wards really wasn't bad. They were a little tender but that was it. Just make sure that as with any piercing you was your hands before handling it at all. And follow your aftercare instructions closely. I hope this helps. Good Luck !

in all honesty, out of all the piercings i've had done, the nips were by far the most painful. mind you i've got a VERY high pain threshold.



i ended up taking ibuprofen after i got them done, because i was uncomfortable. it was just for 2 days though.



i say do it. don't go anywhere cheap either. and nipple clamps in no way give you any indication of what a piercing will feel like. unless you just like your nipples squeezed, then by all means get the clamps



i say get 'em pierced.

i honestly never had them done but my friend who's gay had them done and he said it hurt like a burning ***** in hell, and he passed out on the second one.



i say go for it I know you could handle it, because like all piercings them pain lasts no more then 6 sec. just make sure you eat no longer then an hour before you get them done so that you dont pass out too

I have my navel, four piercings in each ear, my nose, my tragus and I did have one of my nipples pierced. It was the most painful of all. That's why I never got the second one done. Also it got really badly infected. It wasn't a pretty sight. That's why I ended up taking it out! Stick with "prettier" piercings Hun.

Here is my advice to you, go out and get a set of nipple clamps from an adult store and put them on the tightest setting and clamp them to your nipples and keep them there for an hour. It hurts really bad. I'm far from trashing them because at one point I had mine done. My pain from what I understand was tripled due to the fact when I had them done I was pregnant (at the time I didn't know). If you think that you can handle it, by all means go ahead I think that they are very sexy and there are many out there that think the same.

i got both my nipples done and it hurt pretty bad more painfull than a tatt but it last for a second.. one hurt more than the other too.. they were real sensitive for the first few weeks just keep them clean.. and go to somone with a reputation cuz you dont want uneven ones!!

Oh please don't get a nipple pearcing! Sorry but they are not attractive + my brothers ex girlfriend had one and both she and he hated it, and she told me they hurt!
