Will the French frown upon my fleur de lis tattoo?

I have a fleur de lis tattoo on my right shoulder that is medium-sized, is beautifully done, and has a lot of meaning behind it. However, I'm somewhat worried that when I study abroad in France next year I may be negatively judged by the French for it, that is if they even see it at all.
