legally, no tattoo shop will touch you without an actual parent there. sisters don't count. they will ask for valid id's from both of you and a birth certificate as well. and some tattoo shops won't even touch you unless you are 18+, even if you have parental consent.

the piercings are a different story, so it doesn't matter if your sisters signed for those or not. tattoo shops can get shut down and fined for tattooing minors without valid parental consent (key word there being parental).

and you said "don't tell me its wrong because i don't care!!". do you realize how that makes you sound? in case you don't, i'll tell you. it makes you sound like a bratty kid who has a LOT of growing up to do. i didn't get my first tattoo until i was 21, and i lived. it wont kill you to wait, but it will save you both years of regret and your parents' broken trust.

at 15 you honestly shouldn't get one

By the time you're 20 or even 16 you'll most likely already dislike what you chose it to be, plus the fact that you don't care where it goes shoes that you're probably only doing this to seem cool and to say that you have a tattoo

You're 14. Why don't you get a tattoo a little later when it actually means something to you instead of just doing it to piss off mommy and daddy? It's permanent.

You sisters cannot sign for you.

I got my nose pierced and my legal father/mother had to be there with me. I had to have a birth certificate and Me and my parent had to have ID. Even my step mom couldnt do it for me. Every tattoo shop has to follow those rules, or they could be heavily fined and shut down.

Sorry to tell you that, i know its not what you were hoping to hear but its the truth.

Sorry, im not trying to burst your bubble or anything.

...your sisters can NOT sign for you, hence it being called PARENTAL consent. You need your birth certificate/ID of some sort and proof of your parents being your parents to give to the artist before they even touch you....

But to answer your question. Butt. Lip.

I have one just below my right boob, sorta on the the rib bit>

You could get one on your foot, or on the back of your neck if you wear your hair down.

But honestly, if your going to go through the pain, get it where you want.

Really research your tattoo. Don't get something too generic. Try even wearing the tattoo you want as a temporary tattoo (you can get printing paper for this at Staples and other stores). You're 15 and your mind will probably change what you want your design to be, so try it out first. Have more life experiences then get one. And no tramp-stamps, it's too overdone.

Why get a tattoo if you have to hide it? Why get one then? Tattoos are a part of self-expression. Don't get one for the sake of getting one, get it because it has a special meaning to you that will be timeless and that you don't have to hide.

My friend got one on her hip when she was almost 17. Parents still don't know about it now (she's almost 19). She's gotten other tattoos since. I even drew one of them for her, so I'm not anti-tattoo. I'm just trying to prevent a mistake that can't be undone for you.

EDIT: Piercings are a whole different ball game. Worst case scenario, parents can just force the piercing to be taken out and no lawsuit. Tattoo artists really cover their asses and won't tattoo you without a parent. It's a law and you're not worth losing their licenses to tattoo. My friend didn't get tattooed at a parlor, that's why she was able to get it done so young.
