What are the states that I can get a tattoo at 16/17yo of course with parental consent?

Only certain states, such as Alabama and Hawaii, among a few others. For example, Minnesota and New York will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, regardless of consent. Check out the laws for your state or edit this question to update to your state so we can check it out for you. :)
