how bad does a chest tattoo hurt? how much would my particular tattoo cost?

my best friend/cousin died on this past memorial day and i want a chest tattoo to remember him by. The tattoo would be a cross with 2 roses wrapped around it with angel wings spreading out my collar bone. No color just black and gray, and im 15 years old.

In my state you can't get one until your 18 ven with parental permission. Take a safety pin and thrust it into your chest four thousan times. That how bad it hurts. About 350 dollars
