How to know if you're allergic to tattoo ink?

I have a lot of jewelry sensitivities and heard that some people are allergic to tattoo ink? Obviously I want to know BEFORE i get the tattoo, is there anyway to find out ahead of time?

ASK THE SHOP!

Trust me, best thing to do.. they know Alot!

My shop only uses a specific ink that does not cause allergic reactions... I can't quite remember what it's called, but I did ask them about it, as I have very sensitive skin.

If they tell you what kind of ink they use, you can contact an allergy specialist is you are extremely worried about it!

probably, i'm not sure how you find out though.

but don't worry, you can have a shop order a different type of ink than what they normally use to use on your skin. but i don't know how you check beforehand.

hey helly, I saw the question you posted a year ago about wearing two pair of contacts on top of each other, one to correct your vision and the other to change your eye color. Did that work for you? I wear contacts and want to make my eyes red for Halloween. I am thinking of wearing two pair of contacts but not sure if it will work! Thanks! Genny

well when you get the tattoo and moments later you get some reactions and go to the hospital you know that your alergic
