It looks like it'd be possible to get a tattoo over the top of it. If you dont want that I suggest laser tattoo removal to lighten it quite a bit, and if you're unhappy with the scar, you'll be able to get something tattooed over that. I do strongly suggest that you never get a guys name tattooed on you again. That's a huge mistake, especially when he's just your boyfriend, and not your husband. The only persons name I'd ever get tattooed on my body, would be my future kids, or very close family members. Never a boyfriend, never a husband.

if your tattoo is fresh, don;t use dettol or alcohol...bad idea. stencils are strong and usually take some time to wash off, but it will within a few days. don;t go rubbing your fresh tat.

Once the tattoo peals then it will come off. Just when the skin comes off, wash regular and use e45 n it will go away.

It takes time, that stuff sticks around forever. It'll come off, though, don't worry. Usually takes two days or so for me if there's any extra on my skin.
