It depends on a few things, how much does a toothache hurt you, as if you measured it from that point, I,d say about 7, with toothache being a 10. How big is it? How much of the design is black, as that will hurt more that the colours. How bony is the place you want it put? Obviously very bony.

Speaking for me my tattoo behind my ear didnt hurt at all. All I heard was the noise It didn't even feel like I was getting tattooed that was the less painful of all my tattoos. Don't sweat it. It goes by so quick you'll forget all about the pain..... Good luck
