What kind of piercings can I get without parents permission?

I am a 13 year old girl and I want a piercing, but my mom doesn't like it that I am doing it but sh,e will let me, but she doesn't want to see it so do you know any piercings that I could get without parents permission?

A parent has to be there at all times but they don't have to be in the room. It doesn't matter what kind of piercing it is. I took my 16 year old sister (I had custody of her) to get her nose pierced. They required me to be in the building but didn't allow me in the room.

Hi, I am a piercer. Unfourtanatly you cannot get a piercing done without parent consent. You could possibly bring a letter of consent with a trusted adult. Some piercings shops will agree to do that. Just call around. But be mature about your decision!

You can get anything you want. Where i live piercings without parental consent is 16.

there the only ones you can get on your own without your parent although if you still look younger than your age you'll still have to take your ID

you have to be 16 without parental consent to get even the rim of your ear pierced :)

Well in New York pretty much any piercing that is done with a gun including cartilage of your ears and lobes .

i dont know about everywhere else in the US but in NC and SC you have to get ur parents to sign for every piercings and tattoos even if it is just ur ear lobes.

i would suggest waiting till your parents approve or you move out...



when i was younger i got my cartilage pierced knowing my dad would hate it... yeah he tried to rip it out.. it was bad!!!



now im 24 and have many piercings, he has to get over it!
