Ok i agree with everyone else...this sounds like a tattoo your going to regret. But in the interest of not reiterating what has already been said i'll try and help you with a price range. yes it all does depend on the shop. Most smaller tattoos are 50-60 bucks. My friend just got a tattoo on his side. I would say its a foot tall and 5 inches wide. It cost $250. So an entire sleeve of flames....? I really don't think you should spend all this money if this isn't what you really want. Like the other answers said...you sound really young. spend you money on a car or something of value.

It all depends on subject matter, size, location, time spent tattooing and a few other factors. The general rule is, you can't price a tattoo that isn't in front of you on paper.

Think a bit more about what specific tattoo you would like, and then visit you local reputable tattoo shop. You can speak to your tattooer about what your basic idea is, and from there I'm sure ye will find the artwork to match. It's only at that stage would you be able to get a price quoted on it.

If it's only something small, shop minimums generally start off between $50-$70. Basically, this means ANYTHING, will cost you a tleast that. But the small little ones will run close enough to that price. Generally, little flowers, butterflies, names etc. (once they're small) will all run you between the shop minimum and about $100. Anything other than that, it's completely subjective to the tattooer.

Best of luck with it.

It depends on where you live, the detail in the work and the size. But a full back tattoo with that much detail will be high at least a 1000 in my city. It more than likely will be more in larger cities. It might be best to do it in stages to split the cost, time and pain up over time. If you did it at once you'd be in the chair well over 8 hours.

Ok, firstly you cant spell. Secondy, that is the stupidest idea i have ever heard.

Im going to assume your under 18? based on your question and poor grammar.

If your that keen on getting a tattoo, visit an artist and express some ideas and maybe get him/her to draw something up for you and wait till your 18 to get it.

it depends on the artist like my friend is good friends with a tattoo artist and he gave her a discount while some other people have to pay full price . it also depends how big and intricate the tattoo is . just be sure you go to a good tattoo artist . i rather pay alot and get it dont amazingly then pay just a little bit and have it look like s**t .
