Foot tattoo healing question?

I got my third tattoo 12 days ago. It's a small quote along the inner side of my foot. My others began peeling after about the 3rd or 4th day. This one has been kind of hard on top (as if it's about to starting peeling) since maybe day 7 or 8 but still isn't actually peeling.

I've heard foot tattoos take much longer to heal but anyone who has experience with these, is it normal not to peel after almost two weeks? I've been doing everything right but getting anxious about the healing process. Thanks.

Yes, I think it's normal. My foot didn't start to peel until the 10th or 11th day, and it also felt hard on the top, like it had just been done a couple of days before. Don't worry about it too much, as long as you're doing what the artist told you for aftercare I wouldn't stress out. Foot tattoos do take more time to heal, and everyone is different because of their skin and what they wear on their feet most of the time. If in doubt though, I would call the artist just to be sure :)
