Has anyone tried this stuff? They don't sell it in stores.

It did not work for me (I have a large tattoo on my back) but it did work for some of my friends with small tattoos.
It totally depends on the tattoo. There are some people who it has worked for, usually small or very basic tattoo's.
What Wrecking Balm diffusing cream is just 1% hydroquinone, which can be bought over the counter as a skin lightener at a drug store for about $6. The demo-brasion spray is just an exfoliator spray to remove skin cells.
Basically all this product is doing is lightening and removing layers of skin on the applied area. This might work for some tattoo's but for the most part all it will do is lighten the tattoo and the area around it.
