do you really want a tattoo from someone who cant tell if your 29 when your 16? I would just wait. you'll probably end up regretting it if you go to a shady shop. Seriously, tattoos will still be around when your of age. better to get one from a reputable tattooist.

Wait. Because this will be with you forever, unless you can afford to get it removed. And getting the tattoo is painful enough.
I wanted a tattoo when I was your age,but I've waited so I know that whatever I choose I can live with it. I've changed my mind many times since then. So.. I know that you will too.

I'm like 11 and I want to drive a car
should I like do it anyways even though it's illegal and there are a million great reasons why I shouldn't?
you CAN do almost anything
but a lot of these things that you could do are either stupidly dangerous
illegal
or make you look pathetic/immature
I'm not going to say which combination of those I would classify your plan as.......

I think i would try a piercing first cause what happens if in the middle of it some thing happens and they find out you are only 16 and not 18 cause that would suck. My friend knew the guy i had my tongue done.
plus tattoos are way perm!! kinda young you still dont know what you want in life....why would you want the same tattoo forever?! A real adult would really think about that?

Bad idea. Can't you just bring a parent with you? Anyplace that would be willing to tattoo a minor without parental consent would be scummy. You don't have long until you're 18 ~ just wait...

no way. they're bound to check your ID... kids your age cannot get ink. just get over it and wait till your legal. the studio could get get in trouble b/c of your foolishness and you could also, as well as the person lending the ID.. show us you're a mature 16 yo.. honestly, don't be that stupid and selfish

Consider that most GOOD tattoo studios will make a copy of your ID, and if it turns out to be fake you will go to jail.
Why not wait until you are 18 and get a tattoo when you are legal?
Or you could risk the fake ID, land yourself in jail, and get a " bitchin" tattoo from your inmate Bart, who uses a needle and pen ink.

Don't go to a shop that dosen't care than you're underage, and don't go to a shop that will accept a fake ID. It says alot about the shop if they tattoo you knowing that you're underage. God knows what else could possibly happen there, dirty needles, non-sterilized equipment. *shudder* If I were you, I would get an older friend or an aunt or uncle to put themselves off as mom and dad if they don't want to consent to it. Or simply ask your parents if they will consent. I would call arund first to see how old you have to be with parental consent. In my state it is 17.

Please don't! If you do find a shop that will tattoo you without an ID, or with some older person's fake one (IF they know it is fake), the tattoo will probably look like crap. You will hate it, and then pay to cover it later.
IF you can find someone who looks like you, then all right, I guess you could go for it.
I love flowers, maybe like your birth flower?
Just be careful, choosy, and informed! Good luck!

Just ask your parents and convince them you'll get it in a sensible spot and it will be simple and small. They'll let you get one, you just have to convince them! :) My sisters did and my moms pretty strict.
