What is the age to get a tattoo in Spain, without adult consent?

I am taking a trip to spain in a few weeks and me and a buddy wanted to get tattoos. So if you know the age for tattoos in spain w/o parental consent i would love to know

Spain as a country has no specific regulations on tattoo and piercing practices.



They are covered to some extend by the "Real Decreto 414/1996" on sanitary products and accessories, which transposes the Council Directive 93/42/CEE.

I live in Germany and the legal age for most countries in Europe (including Spain) is 18, so I would assume that you'd have to be 18 to get a tatoo without your parents' consent.
