If you wanted an incredibly intricate sleeve by one of the greatest living tattoo artists working from the most expensive studio in London you could be paying maybe 25,000. In reality you will probably want a service in between these extremes and will pay somewhere between 350 and 2000.

You can't estimate it based on such a rough-idea. It depends on the design, level of detail, colour etc - and how much your artist charges. Round here it varies from £50 - £120 per hour. The more detail, the more hours.
